- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. fat drippings (from smoked turkey)
- 2 cups drippings (from smoked turkey, fat removed)
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 carrot (peeled)
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 sprig rosemary
