- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil (like avocado oil or olive oil)
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 tsp. seasoning (your favorite, blend, like Everything But The Bagel seasoning or Cajun seasoning)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (or cayenne pepper, optional)
- sea salt (to taste, adjust depending on the sodium content of your seasoning blend)
