Veggies were a tad softer than I like. Easy adjustment for next time. Added extra chopped garlic because there is no such thing as too much garlic. Overall, a solid work night meal. Tasty!

This was good, but needs a couple changes. What I would do differently next time is omit the red pepper flakes. Even though it's just a quarter teaspoon, they completely overwhelmed the dish and almost ruined it. I only deducted one star because without. the red pepper flakes, it would be very good.
I recommend using 3 sausages instead of 2. I used Aldi Never Any Uncured Italian Chicken Sausage. Also, the directions do not specify cooking heat. I sauteed the sausages on medium-high heat with a little olive oil instead of cooking spray. They would have burned otherwise. After adding the broth, spices and vegetables, I also added half a teaspoon of dried basil. I set the heat to low, covered it and cooked for 15 minutes, uncovered, stirred and cooked another minute or two. Vegetables came out just right.

Easy and tasty. Ended uo using the whole package of sausage and still seemed fine
