- 250 grams smoked salmon

Directions
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
- Add the mascarpone and whisk until soft.
- Add the dill, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, then gradually and gently stir with a spatula.
- Cut the salmon in small pieces.
- In glasses, alternate layers of salmon and cream from bottom upwards.
