- 6 oz. smoked salmon (– We prefer our smoked salmon line caught and personally smoked by shirtless firefighters… but whatever you can get at the store.)
- 1 cream cheese (Tub of, – I used light cream cheese because when mixing it it doesn’t really matter. But full fat cream cheese is perfectly acceptable. Mmmm, full fat.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. capers (or so of, – Is it weird that I have a jar of these in my fridge at ALL times? The Big Kid even eats them out of the jar… obviously my son.)
