- 1 tsp. cassava flour (regular flour works too)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lb. Atlantic salmon (center-cut smoked, *I get mine from the deli at Central Market)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill (loosely, or more to taste)
- freshly cracked black pepper (for garnish, optional)
