Excellent! I made this in a combination of containers; deep dish 11” pie plate, ramekins, and large muffin tins.
I added garlic into the mix and substituted heavy cream instead of half and half. I also added an extra layer of cheese (mixed with Parmesan) on top to keep the egg mix from browning. The smoked salmon is my own; I smoke using a brown sugar bourbon pack.
The individual ramekins and muffin tins are being used for our New Years Eve buffet. The large quiche is delicious.
