- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch spring onions
- orange juice (to taste)
- sour orange juice (to taste)
- 2 plum tomatoes (diced)
- 4 habanero chile (seeded, diced)
- 3 jalapeno chilies (seeded, diced)
- 2 aji chili peppers (seeded, diced)
- 1 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (chopped)
