- 400 mL sour cream

- 75 grams apricots (ready to use)
- 200 mL orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. mixed spice (ground)
- 1 tsp. English mustard
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil

- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 3 chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
- 1 diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. ginger root (minced fresh)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 3 Tbsp. ground almonds
- 200 mL coconut milk
- 200 mL chicken stock (homemade)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

- 213 grams pink salmon (drain off liquid from the tin)
- 213 grams red salmon (drain off liquid from the tin)
- 3 potatoes (medium size, peeled, boiled and mashed, leave them to cool)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp. English mustard (English Mustard is really strong so you can get this extra kick and great flavors)
- 2 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 lemon (finely grated zest plus juice)
- chive (small handful chopped)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- olive oil (for frying)
- 700 grams potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 500 grams leeks
- 150 grams mushrooms (bottom)
- 1 liter chicken stock cubes (dissolved, in the boiling water)
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 40 grams fresh ginger root
- 60 grams peanuts
- black pepper
- salt
- olive oil
- 2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 3 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- 1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix until combined.
- 2. Serve on your favorite bread.
- 3. Sprinkle with chopped chive.
