lots of prep work however well worth it! used jack cheese, placed under broiler before serving

I can safely say I did NOT put enough sausage around the outside of my peppers before I put them on the smoker, so I got some cheese leakage, but otherwise these were awesome! I did finish them in the oven for some extra crisp to my bacon and didn't add the sauce until I was eating them so they wouldn't get soggy.
