- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or fine sea)
- 1/4 cup milk (I used 2 percent)
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/3 light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt (or fine sea)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 3 Tbsp. milk (more or less for consistency of glaze. Start with 1 tablespoons and go from there.)
