Description
These lamb and beef hand pies are filled with fragrant ingredients for a Middle Eastern twist. Ras el hanout, cumin, and cinnamon all impart their warming flavors to these little parcels of flavor while dried apricots and raisins add a bit of sweetness. If you want to enjoy these as a meal pair them with a green salad, or enjoy as a snack or appetizer. This recipe makes for a great project to do with kids, as they can each make their own small pies.
