Family favourite - usually amplify the garlic and anchovies, sometimes more olives. Often do half/half courgetti/spaghetti and the kids (1 + 4yo) love it

Excellent recipe! I actually used spaghetti instead of thing courgettes, and sliced courgettes into thin slices into the sauce. So my recipe does have some carbs. It's delicious!
