- 500 grams mince (no meat, Quorn mince in my case but you can also use soya mince)
- 1 brown onion
- 150 grams white mushrooms
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 leaf spring greens (or other cabbage with quite large leaves)
- mushrooms (couple dried pieces of wild cep, other dried wild mushrooms will be also very good)
- rock salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch garlic (granules)
- 1 handful linseeds
- 1 handful sunflower seeds
- olive oil (little bit of, or butter for non vegan option)
