  • 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 knorr homestyle stock - chicken (tub)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 10 kaiser rolls (or hamburger buns)

    Directions

    1. Arrange pork in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients except rolls and pour over pork; turn to coat.
    2. Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until pork is tender.
    3. Remove pork; reserve juices. Shred pork with fork, then stir into reserved juices. Serve on rolls.

    Amazing! i did bone-in pork on high for 4 hours, pulled the pork, then low for another hour. It turned out great and was so easy.

    Absolutely delicious! I substituted boneless chicken breasts for the pork and 1 cup chicken broth instead of Knorr tub. Additionally, I chopped 2 sweet onions and added a tablespoon of pure maple syrup. Sweet!
