The directions were unclear about using uncooked or canned beans. I used canned beans and the recipe turned out a complete soup. also my ratio of potatoes to beans made this dish (after removing all of the liquid) more of patatas bravas as the three potatoes (no sizes mentioned in the recipe) outnumber the beans completely.
