    Oh. My. God. Amazing ... The first clue that this meal was going to be the star of the show for dinner was the scent that hit my face as soon as I walked in the house after work ... Four of us dug into this pork shoulder ... there were no surviving leftovers. ... Needless to say, I’ll most certainly be looking up the recipe for the red beans and rice they suggested I make with the bone from the shoulder 😍
