Delicious! It is not a hard recipe it but does require a few hours for it to bake nice and slowly. I added citrus ( lemon) jam to the lemon and wine marinade for some extra " oomph." Will definitely make this again. It went well with rosemary baked potato, rosemary baked sweet potato, baked radish and steamed broccoli.
