Amazing!!! I always find great recipes on here. I stuck to the recipe, only I made a gravy/sauce with the drippings and what was left in the pan after searing. So simple... just add butter on med hi and wisk. Then wisk in wine. And finally wisk in flour/water mixture. Thickens up in minutes from start to finish and it tastes phenomenal!
