Super easy - I threw it all into the instant pot, after I caramelized onions, celery, and the bell pepper. I also threw in a big bag of spinach instead of using the broccoli, subbed 1 zucchini for the green beans, used 3 tomatoes and 1 can of tomato sauce for the tomatoes, and Keith added garlic salt at the end. Topped with cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.

This turned out well and it was easy to put together. I decided to use the blender to make it a smoother texture. Thanks for the recipe! I will use it again.
