Shredded slow cooked pork tacos are enlivened with toppings that bring fresh flavor and texture.

- 3 lb. boneless country style pork ribs (trimmed)
- 1 pkg. chicken seasoning mix (McCormick® Slow Cookers Fiesta)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 16 corn tortillas

Directions
- Place pork in slow cooker.
- Mix Seasoning Mix and orange juice until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.
- Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker.
- Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker; mix well. Spoon into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
