- 1 pkg. seasoning (slow cookers limited edition shepherds pie)
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes (prepared)

Directions
- Place beef and vegetables in slow cooker.
- Mix Seasoning Mix and water in bowl until blended. Pour over beef and vegetables; stir to coat. Cover.
- Cook 7 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH. Stir.
- Top evenly with mashed potatoes. Cover. Cook 1 hour longer on HIGH or until potatoes are heated through.
- Try This Twist: Ground Beef Shepherd’s Pie: Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Spray inside of slow cooker with no stick cooking spray. Place beef in slow cooker. Stir in 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables. Top with 2 1/2 cups prepared mashed potatoes. Cover. Cook 3 to 4 hours on LOW or until heated through.
