Description
Serve this tender and flavorful BBQ pulled beef on sandwich rolls.
Ingredients

- 3 1/2 lb. boneless chuck roast (trimmed and cut into pieces)
- 1 pkg. pork seasoning (McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled)
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water

Directions
- Place beef in slow cooker.
- Mix Seasoning Mix, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar and water until blended. Pour over beef. Cover.
- Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove beef from slow cooker.
- Shred beef using 2 forks. Return beef to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
