I used polish sausage. Per another reviewer, I added 1 tsp of No-Salt seasoning plus 1 TBS of Worcestershire sauce with the paprika, salt and pepper. So easy, healthy and yummy.

Delicious! I mixed the paprika and added 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of season all, and 1 tablespoon of Worcester

definitely needed more spices. i ended up adding garlic powder and celery salt. plus put in more than what was called for of the ones listed. very basic but good and quick.
