Delicious! I poured off almost all the grease after browning the sausage and the bacon. I saved about 1 tablespoon of it in the pot for the soup and still the soup was fantastic, no flavor was lost. I also added some Slap Yo Mama, salt and pepper. Everything else was the same and using the Simply Potatoes (diced) was a super time saver. I plan to add this recipe to my rotation. Thank you for sharing! :o)

We omitted the onion and potato and added butternut squash, parsnip, parsley, and extra garlic. It was great!
