great flavor. my roommate hates zucchini but happily ate two servings. i left it in a little lomger than it said to, to make sure the noodles were thoroughly cooked.

Not impressed. After reading other reviews complaining the pasta was still crunchy I made sure to stir it a couple of times during the 2 hours only to have the opposite problem of pure mush. My husband said he liked the flavors but he couldn’t even tell what type of pasta (penne) I had used because it was so mushy. Currently not feeling inspired to try this recipe again...

My kids love this! It seems to need longer to cook than stated, so I add an hour in the slow cooker to get the pasta cooked through.

Turned out very well. I read some of the reviews about the penne not cooking evenly, so I stirred it twice, at 45 minutes and at the 1h30 minute mark, which seemed to take care of that problem. I also added some spinach and banana ring pepper juice, to spice it up in the mixture, everyone really liked it.

Only gave it 3 stars because the pasta and zucchini weren't cooked after 2 hours. So I scooped it out of the crockpot, added a 1/2 cup water, topped with a little more mozzarella and baked at 350 for 35 minutes covered with foil. I don't know if it needed more liquid in the crockpot or it needed to cook on high instead. In the end, it was really tasty. I added some garlic powder and dried onion to the recipe. Might just make it next time in the oven.

Made a few alterations like adding spinach and chopped onion, fresh basil and parsley, and added some seasonings and it came out delicious!
