I added some Rosemary + Jalapeños + Cotija Cheese vs Cheddar. Crowd pleaser chili 🌶

To have a husband that loves chili without the chunks of onion and tomatoes, this recipe met his expectation. I substituted the tomatoes for crushed tomatoes and onion powder for the onions. It turned out great and definitely a repeat recipe.
