Really hearty on a winter eve. Added more oregano, and it was luscious! Will make it again, and will use as a base for further experimentation! Low calories, high Vitamin A!!

This soup was so easy to make and tastes great. Very hearty, made a great winter meal, low in calories and wonderful in taste! And lots of leftovers for the next couple of days for work!

This soup was a disappointment. There was not a lot of flavor. We added chicken to complete our meal.
