It turned out great. Had a smoky flavor. I didn’t miss the pork fat at all. I added a bunch of Parmesan cheese which added a nice tinge of extra flavor. The dish tasted good when I made it with collard greens and also when I made it with kale greens
BTW, I used a 1/4 t of cayenne thinking that 1/4 T must be an editing error in the Ingredients list.
