    I like this a lot, although I did change the recipe some. I replaced the water for chicken broth. And I used about 4lbs turkey breast roast, so I doubled the cranberries and apples. Do not add the rice until the end, or it is completely mush. I cook the rice for about an hour on high. I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, Italian seasonings, and paprika to taste. I also add water when adding the rice - 1:1.
