Ingredients
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. rubbed (Sage)
- 2 tsp. sea salt (Sicilian)
- 1 tsp. black pepper (Ground)
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1 turkey breast (about 6 pounds fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (melted)
Directions
- How to Make Slow Cooker Turkey Breast Mix seasonings in small bowl; set aside. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Brush turkey with melted butter. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over entire surface and under skin of turkey.
- Place turkey breast in slow cooker. Cover.
- Cook 1 hour on HIGH. Reduce heat to LOW; cook 7 hours longer or until turkey is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Transfer to platter or carving board and slice.
