This was a tender and tasty TriTip roast. We changed the recipe a little as we did not have the carrots and potatoes today! We added a large can of whole tomatoes with mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli the last hour of cook time in the crockpot! This is certainly a keeper recipe!
