Very good!! Added half the cream cheese like the other reviews said, added spinach and made it on the stove so it would cook faster, but followed it otherwise!

It was good. I would make it again, but with spicy sausage and add mushrooms.

Absolutely delicious! Perfect for a crockpot Sunday dish. It is so easy and goes great with toasted slices of sourdough bread.

I tried this on recommendation of Jessica Braun and we loved it. I did change a few things and will change a few more next time, but we will be making this again!
CHANGES: We used about 1teaspoon white pepper, Imagine organic Tomato Basil Creamy Soup, brick cream cheese with fresh chives and onion added, and 365 frozen organic cheese tortellini. I needed to add salt and pepper at the table.
NEXT TIME: I will use SPICY Italian sausage, more white pepper (about 2teaspoons), my favorite premade tomato soup (TJ's Tomato & Bell pepper soup), Trader Joe's chicken stock, and will again use the brick of cream cheese with fresh chive & onions, and the 365 frozen cheese tortellini. I think I should add more S&P to the pot during cooking too.

Delicious! Creamy, flavorful comfort food. My whole family wanted seconds and the leftovers the next day! Have already made it a couple times and will definitely make again because it’s so easy. Just add the ingredients and go.

Made mine in the instant pot cooked on high pressure for 25 minutes, then put the cream cheese and tortellini in on the slow cooker function for 15 minutes

Love this recipe! Only used 8oz of cream cheese and added spinach for a few minutes at the end while the crock pot was on high

I always tweak recipes so I added some garlic powder, season salt, cracked black pepper and a little crushed red pepper. It came out sooooo delicious. Will definitely be making it again and I love how hardy of a soup it is.

Delicious and easy! I think I would just cook meat long enough to break up and not completely brown to make it a little more tender.

Instant family favorite! Super easy to make and quick prep time. We had it with Texas garlic toast. Didn't get a picture of it since the family gobbled it up as soon as it was done cooking. They could smell it cooking and couldn't wait to try it. Who knew anything with tomato soup could taste so yummy? Not me lol.
It makes a lot too- we fed 5 adults and a child, some with seconds, and still had a bowl left. It is really quite filling for a soup.

So delicious!! We used frozen meatballs instead of sausage so we just had to throw them in the crock pot, and we also put in some leftover quinoa we had, which gave it some extra texture. We'll definitely make this again!

Absolutely delicious! Based on the recommendations from other reviews I cut the cream cheese to one 8 ounce container. Very happy I did that. I also added some additional seasonings - salt, pepper & Kucharek (Polish vegetable seasoning... this is seriously the best seasoning ever!) I then sautéed onions with fresh garlic and tossed it in. I had my crock pot on high for a couple of hours and then added the last two ingredients as directed. The kids loved it and we finished off leftovers tonight. This one is a keeper!

This was incredible! My kiddos gobbled it up. We even had enough to freeze for leftovers. We have a tradition every Christmas Eve we make a new soup. This one was perfect. I just wanted to share a couple of things that I did to tweak the recipe a tad. I used a little over a half of the cream cheese (only out of 1 container), added onions and an extra can of tomato soup, fresh basil, fresh parsley, fresh garlic, garlic powder, one bay leaf (good in size), Italian seasoning and julienned sundried tomatoes. Everything turned out wonderful! Thanks for the recipe!

Absolutely delicious! I’ll be making this again. I suggest using hot Italian sausage rather than mild sausage, it gives it more flavor.

Delicious! Creamy and delicious broth -- I could eat it without the sausage and tortellini! my wife would like some onions next time, so we will try that.

Delicious recipe!! I used half of the amount of cream cheese based on reviews and it was definitely enough. The second time I made it, I freestyled a bit by adding jalapeños, sriracha, onions, garlic, dried basil, Italian seasoning and other spices, and no meat which was super good too. I just cook it on stovetop.

I followed the recipe to the ‘T’ and it was absolutely delicious. A definite keeper in my lineup.

Used half the cream cheese and added a bunch of seasonings and it turned out great!! My “broth” turned out more like a sauce but it works and still tastes delicious. Made mine on the stove top in a little over an hour

Pretty good. I used 1 1/2 the cream cheese because everyone in the reviews said two containers was too much. 1 1/2 worked out well
