This was great, although I made a couple of changes. Instead of using the chicken broth, I made broth from the turkey carcass. I also didn't use the flour or cream, but used the leftover turkey gravy, the green beans and pearl onions, leftover mushrooms, and peas. I added celery, carrots, and corn. This helped make it a bit more heart healthy and really used up the leftovers. I'm repeating, except with chicken, tonight.
