I've made this twice now. Great when fresh and holds up very well for leftovers days later.

I was really excited about this soup. I followed the instructions but in the end, it was just ok. I don’t think I’ll be making this one again.

Delicious and dairy-free! Makes A LOT of soup, I had to make this on the stove as my crockpot wasn't big enough, but still turned out great!
