This was a super easy recipe, and the chicken came out very tender, but there wasn't much tequila lime flavor in it. Also, the bones completely fall apart being cooked that long, so I ended up with tiny bits of bone in every bite. Super easy recipe, but the bone fragments in every bite kinda ruined it for me.
