About to make this lovely recipe im sure it will be good as i love the ingrediants.

I thought this was great. It got good reviews from the family as well. I did take a shortcut and used the instapot on the meat/stew setting and cooked it in 40 minutes, 30 minutes plus the 10 for the gravy. That was a major score.
