- 6 peppers (large)
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion (minced)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup leaf parsley (finely chopped flat-)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano

Directions
- Wash peppers, cut the stem and clean inside.
- Mix ground beef with herbs, cumin, salt, pepper, onions and garlic.
- Lightly brown the mixture in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, breaking up the beef.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture and arrange in the slow cooker.
- Place tomatoes around peppers and pour in broth. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
