If you like stuffed bell peppers, definitely give this a shot. I’ve prepared this twice. Once serving over rice versus adding the rice to the cooker. Fine either way but preferred serving over rice.

I liked it enough to eat two bowls but thought it was a bit bland. I added some additional seasoning and that helped. I'm not sure if I would make it again using this particular recipe. I would give it three and a half stars.

Easy and appetizing! Made with ground turkey. Added fresh tomatoes and chopped jalapeño from my garden. Also added a little stevia.

Soooooo good and super easy. Added some salt, and used uncooked rice. It was perfect! I will definitely make this again

Great for meal prep day,minus the rice (no carbs) I will definitely be making it again... Delicious!

Full of flavor! I didn't add the rice because I'm trying to watch my carbs, but it still tasted great!

Very filling and delicious. Tasted just like stuffed peppers but in a soup. Nicely spiced. Wouldn't change a thing.
