- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. cilantro (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup beer (I used and recommend an IPA)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded white)
