Great recipe I boiled my chicken and used the juice as chicken stock and added real crab meat. This was so good. Thank you for sharing!

Had a gumbo seaoning pack also. browned it with oil/grease and broth to make roux gravy. Added chicken bullion cubes when i ran out of broth. Cooked checken to make broth. Did not do the slow cooker.

I'm brand new to cooking, but was able to follow this recipe and everyone loved it. Freaking delicious!
