This is a GREAT soup. The only changes I made were a couple teaspoons of minced garlic, fresh ground black pepper, and I omitted the water and bullion and used 64oz. of chicken stock. I had a big, meaty ham bone leftover from Easter in the freezer that made the soup extra meaty. Great with cornbread!
