- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 16 oz. sugar snap peas (Mann's Stringless)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced thinly)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
