It was pretty good but it needed more salt, and it took over 5 hours to cook on low in my cuisinart slow cooker. Definitely closer to 6 hours and even then it was still slightly pink.

Yummy! I added some extra Arrowroot after the Cornstarch to thicken up the gravy more! I used Mushroom gravy mix & added some diced sweet colored peppers! I’m allergic to tomatoes, so used a tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar + smoky onion mustard, delicious!
