- 3/4 cup whole-grain mustard
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (palm/)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (I like red boat)
- 1 dried ancho chili pepper (large, stemmed, seeded, cut into small pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup bourbon
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt (course)
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 racks ribs (about 5 lbs. total)
