- 1/2 yellow onion (chopped)

- 1/2 can beef stock (use the pumpkin can)
- 1 fresh sage (generous T, finely chopped, or about 1 tsp dried rubbed sage)
- 2 tsp. curry powder (or more, to taste sweet)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 2 bay leaves
- plain yogurt (we like whole milk Greek)
