The clan loved it. I doubled the batch and added carrots, onions and celery: just because they were in the refrigerator.

The soup was good. It was not overly flavorful and kind of basic. The kids loved it though.

Pretty good - I’m not a fan of oregano so I swapped out with basil and bacon. I think chives would be great as well.

I didn’t want it to be as creamy, so instead I only did 1 tablespoon of flour, rather than 3.

It is quick, amazing, delicious and filling!!
I added three chicken breasts I baked and pulled apart but I am sure it would be just as good with a rotisserie chicken- just add a little bit more chicken stock and it perfect!
Enjoy!!

I loved it. I gave it a few shakes more on the spices and added a dash of cayenne to cut the sweetness of the corn. I'll probably add a couple more potatoes for next time.

Turned out great and so awesomely simple! I used red onion and a huge gob of garlic. You could add shrimp and/or scallops at the end and triple yum!!!!!!
3 hrs on high and potatoes were soft.
