So super easy and delish! We have made this over and over again. It turns out incredible every time. One in the crock right now! Husband is a tater lover so those get made separately, and that’s fine. We can do whatever he wants

This turned out to be delicious! We had friends over for dinner and had been out all day. Came home to a delish dinner ready and waiting for us! I rubbed the beef with some salt & pepper, plus some onion and garlic powder. Served with roasted potatoes, made some gravy from the drippings. Will definitely make it again! Easy but gourmet.
