- 1/2 cup kosher salt (or ¼ cup table salt)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (EACH, garlic powder)
- 1 tsp. onion powder (EACH, paprika, salt)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup honey (may sub pure maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried parsley (EACH, dried basil, dried rosemary)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (EACH, dried thyme)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (may sub honey)
- 1/4 cup blackberry preserves
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried parsley (EACH, dried basil, dried rosemary)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (EACH, dried thyme)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)
