I made this recipe today, as written. The chops were cooked perfectly and the sauce had a lovely, rich texture. Unfortunately, however, I found the dish very bland and lacking in flavor. I'm sure I will try it again down the road, but will augment it spice-wise. If it turns out passible, will let you know.
